When you come to a Celebrate Recovery meeting you can expect to be warmly welcomed into an atmosphere of unconditional love and acceptance. You will be welcomed by people like you who gather each week to support one another as we deal with our hurts, hang-ups, and habits. The format for our meeting is described below.
Fellowship Meal – Our meetings begin with a fellowship meal. All are welcome and the meal is offered free of charge.
Large Group – The Celebrate Recovery Large Group features a time of worship in recognition and celebration of our true “Higher Power” – Jesus Christ. Worship allows us to shift the focus from our problems to the God who can bring serenity and transformation. We explore the recovery principles found in the Beatitudes and the Christ-centered Twelve Steps and we hear amazing “Stories to Celebrate” of those who are receiving victory over their fears, addictions, attitudes, and behaviors.
Open Share Groups – We open the door to change by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our life problems. Confidential and anonymous support groups, divided by gender and certain recovery issues, offer a safe place to share and to gain the affirmation and encouragement of others. Together, working the Christ-centered Steps and applying their Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our hurts; our fears; and our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. Our small group guidelines are strictly followed to ensure that the group is a safe place in which to share openly. This freedom creates peace, serenity, and—most importantly—a stronger personal relationship with God and others. We currently have six Open Share Groups available.

Step Study Groups
Step Studies are the heart of the Celebrate Recovery program. This is where the hard work of an individual’s recovery is done. It is the hope of the Celebrate Recovery program that all participants in the program would go through a Step Study at least once.
Step Study Group are gender specific and typically meet on a different night than the Large Group and Open Share Group Meetings. The reasons for this are that the Step Study Group Meetings are typically two hours in length and would take away from the Large Group and Open Share times. The additional day of the week commitment also provides an additional day of accountability for the members of the Step Study Group.
A Step Study Group will go through each step, one by one, together taking as much time as needed to move onto the next step in their recovery. Because of this, a Step Study Group does not have a definitive length of time in which to be completed. The typical time frame for a Step Study Group is between 9 months and a year.
